What do you think the hardest exercise is?? Pick one for cardio and lifting. Obv this is gonna be very opinionated but just curious what hnf bros think.

Cardio = rower machine
Lift = power clean

Cardio = Swimming/Skipping/Boxing
Lift = Snatch

In my opinion.

Snatch has one of the harder learning curves and swimming/skipping/boxing are the most physically demanding in my experience.

Swimming was my #2 choice, I feel rowing is more physical work while swimming is more technical.

Have you ever swam a decent distance or tried swimming quickly for a long time?
Or even skipping man; I remember reading somewhere that skipping for 5 minutes was almost the equivalent to 20 minutes of jogging as it raises your heart rate quickly.

I'm not that great of a swimmer but I'm working on it. I usually do 10 laps (down and back = 1 lap) 2-3 times a week. Idk how long the pool is though.

I'm not doubting swimming as a great exercise, don't get me wrong.

i'm going to say the hardest cardio i've done is what was part of my last training cycle - 55lb kettlebell swings for 10 minutes straight for as many reps as possible (following a workout)

the hardest exercise in my mind, without question, is probably the snatch (or the clean)..there isn't a common lift that is more technical, taxing, or requires as much power output

now, if you take something like exercise ball barbell squats, i would call that difficult, but dumb..

Hardest cardio exercise imo is definitely a prowler workout... no doubt.
