what do you all find to be the best rest in-between sets for endurance.

Depends on ..

1) How I'm feeling energy wise
2) If I want to keep my HR up the whole workout
3) How much time I have at the gym
4) If I'm working out solo or with my buddy

Shortest is ~10 seconds and longest is ~5 minutes.

My workouts vary from 45 minutes to 2 hours.

:D atm im doing 1:20-2 mins and im just dead afterwards lol which I would say is a good thing

I don't even think I could do 2 reps after 45 secs lol from a normal of 10+ on a reg set

no shit you would use a lesser % of 1RM.
