Started W1 , went today, and my next workout is Friday.

Any opinions on the workout , any length of time to switch it up?

Take creatine with this or no?
Also need some ideas for vitamins, fish oils etc.

I'm sixteen and was also worried about if this workout is worth it. I know it's strength training but I also want to see some gains.

the ideal program for your needs should be virtually indefinite.
switching up for the sake of switching is dumb, you'll only need to make a switch whenever your phasing through caloric intakes, or moving up the strength ladder which is easily a few years' time.

Sure I can give you a list of supplements that could be beneficial to you and you can read about them yourself.

The 2 you mentioned of course, fish oil and a multivitamin.
Creatine
Beta alanine
Caffeine
Protein

That's about as good as it gets.

I need a job man. I would be much better off. Doesn't fish oil help with joint pain? Or just heart.

Go to examine.com and read for yourself.

The supplements aren't necessary, creatine will help the most with working out etc.

Your body absorbs the powders better if you snort them
