Some guy is selling a MacBook for $800. He said "you have to use western union, paypal is only for bulk orders"

Western Union is a fine way to transfer money. But ya its sketchy, that he wont allow a alt method that he uses.

My guess is he wants you to Xfer the money(direct transfer) then there is no middle man that can get your money back AKA scam.

not to mention the fucking I think 45 day ability to dispute it if he doesn't give it to you and with paypal siding with the buyer the majority of the time, its in your favor.
