dropped to 174lbs after paradiso, got back to 180 today though, i started lifting 1 year 4 days ago. started at under 160 lbs, goal for next year is 195lbs sub 13% bf

abs don't show in the picture :( they barely show irl.

Nice to aim high, but probably not attainable in 1 year.

I did 20+lbs this year, 15 shooouuuld be attainable, .5lbs/week = 24lbs which seems attainable, that's accounting for sick/injuries aswell

I don't, but my legs used to be about the same size as my arms are now, you could count all my ribs, i had no abs or shoulders.

e/ i wanna focus a lot more on arms/lats, and more visible abs this year.

158 to 180 in a year. Wasn't all lean muscle.

Glad you have to account ahead of time for injuries. Should probably spend the next year figuring out the actual correct form for lifting. Nah mean squirtle?
