Me at 190 lb, I unfortunately do not have a pic of me at my lowest 185 before my winter break.

More Recent Before/After *EDITED:

So yeah unfortunately I do not have any saved pictures of me taken through my progress. I started somewhere in February 2013. So this picture was taken when I was at my heaviest.

I do not know my body fat %. I have a doctors apt the 15th before I return home to have it calculated. I start keto the 15th and I begin to focus on my new ab workout to tighten it up.

My goal by the end of August is 170 pounds. Hopefully I can do this by then. Also, I'll be home instead of at college so I can do my own grocery shopping.

What I used while changing my life:

ON Gold Standard Whey
ON Fiber (recently started this)
ON Micronized Creatine (recently started this)
Now! Adam (multi vitamin)
Now! Omega 3-6-9 (fish oil)
Gat Jet Fuel (pre-workout) - I've only used 180 capsules but I plan on stocking up before the summer

If you have any questions, concerns or whatever feel free to ask here or PM

inb4 "zoo" joke ;)

I've always found these before/after pictures and videos extremely inspiring. Very nice job, and an incredible transformation. I bet it took a lot of determination to keep that diet going.

My room-mate is currently looking a lot like your "before" picture, and I've always feared for his life. He has had a rough past which has resolved to him leaning towards unhealthy food and candy for comfort.

Anyway, what I'm trying to say here is that I would really love to see him enter a transformation process like you've done here. When you have an update in august, please don't hesitate to PM me with the results! ;)

Mhm I too have a rough past and once used food as comfort.

Of course I could type up an essay about the struggles, the things that came to mind, that I had to overcome especially with dieting.

Now that I'm over a year in, I don't have cravings AT ALL for anything unhealthy. Soda was hard for me, I used to drink a 2 liter of coca cola every day while on the computer and a few tall cans of Arizona Lemon Iced tea or Gatorade.
That sugar was hard to step off of. Now I just drink 1-2 gallons of water a day :)

I will post again at the end of August. I think the 200-170 will be a huge transformation. :)

It's very possible, I've inspired people on campus to begin their own transformation just with my progress. After a period of time it becomes a life style and so it becomes easier, but you have to want it for either yourself or do it for something else worthy.
We ALL have our reasons for doing things and what motivates us to change ourselves

i wouldnt recommend ketogenic dieting, especially if you lift weights or do any high intensity cardio at all, your muscle tissue will not like you.

other than that very nice progress dude you should be very proud of yourself

he's perfectly fine the way he goes about this.
proper keto is done with weekly heavy carb ups so if he cycles it right, it's just as fine.

staying ketogenic long term is notorious for fuckking your body up. not just muscles, but hormones, and gut biome aswell. i assume he will be cycling in and out of it like a good little boy

So that's how I would cycle my carb ups
