Next meet is provincials on June 21st. Goals for then TBA. Will probably just run Candito again in prep, then do something else afterwards.

Here are the results of my second powerlifting meet from yesterday. My 3rd bench and deadlift felt easy.
Forgot to post BW in the video, 80.05KG (176.5lbs).

Thanks :) It was in Langley, BC.

edit: I was mistaken, they only allow knee sleeves not wraps so I didn't have those either. Maybe I will invest in a belt for next meet.

edit2: Any advice is always appreciated. I know the cam angle sucked for bench though.

You tried to use wraps haha? Yes invest in a good belt.

That would be pretty sweet indeed but is quite a way out. Would be nice to compete against a fellow french-Canadian :P

This was my second comp. Quite a bit of nerves still though, I was shaking + pretty clammy before lifting started and it was freezing in there. No problems with warming up, everyone is so nice and supportive @ powerlifting meets.

I do think there is some cave in. I'll record my next training session from a front angle to verify

Nice, maybe you can improve squats a little in future? B) Usually ppl got similar dead lift and squats

Definitely. I'm planning on running smolov next time I have 13+ weeks in between meets.
