So decided to start up a new progress thread due to a new year etc.

Story how I lost alot of gains;
Injured shoulder so couldn't bench much (less than usual) at end of november in a school cup thingy.
I injured my wrist/food in december and have not been able to squat heavy at all since.
I also went pretty sick in mid january for around 2weeks and lost around 8kg from that (went from 88/89 down to 80/81ish) and lost alot of motivation thanks to that.

Now;
Shoulder is back to 100%
Foot is better but still not perfect, had to change squatstance to be able to squat ''heavy''
Been able to regain most weight.

Now I've decided to restart and actually try to regain the strenght I had before all this shit.

I got Junior Nationals in may (9-11) and serie 2 the week after that, then a break until sep when serie 3 is (Our competitions are named 1,2,3,4 and one of them is district championships).
I will compete in IPF -93kg class raw (belt & kneesleves allowed).

Best lifts; Squat - 180/397. Bench - 100/220. Deadlift - 230/507. C&J - 125/275. All done without belt/suits/sleeves/wraps.
Currently these are like 20-30kg lower probably.


Start by logging yesterdays workout:

15/3

Fatbar clean (& press*)
50 - 1x1+8*
70 - 1x2+3*
80 - 2x2*
90 - 2x1*
100 - 1x1*
110 - 1x1
120 - 2x0

Fatbar overhand DL
120 - 2x1
130 - 1x1, 2x0 - fail at knee.

Squats
60 - 3x15 - for perfusion

lycka till! har inte bestämt mig ännu men jag kanske börjar tävla i 93an i år också. jag håller rätt ok i bänk och böj men måste förbättra marklyftet.

I can't snatch, haven't been able to do a real snatch since september 2012.
If my grip gets so wide that my pinky is on the ring my wrist starts to hurt.

Reason I had to swap from OL to powerlifting :(
