WOD 30 Body weight Back squats(175), run 1600m for time.
11:15.
Finished the squats in just over a minute and a half. Longest mile of my life, i suck balls at running.

WOD 20min AMRAP ( As many rounds as possible) 6deadlifts (225), 7 burpee strict pull-ups, 10 kettlebell swings @ 2POOD (70.5pounds i think?), 200M run.
Got 5 rounds and my 6 deadlifts and 7 burpee pullups.
Then did 10 rounds of 2 Clean to thrusters on the minute @ 135pounds. Felt great.
My trainer is on the right. He's 40 and a fucking beast. Guy on the left is a guy i work with and hes like 41.
