any of you ever do this? been like 4 months since i've had any fast food. just got done working out and don't feel like going to walmart to buy food, going to just hit up McD's and get a few burgers/nuggets.

someone please post that you do, so i'm not kicking myself in the ass :P

you should be kicking yourself in the ass. you know what you did was naughty now you just want someone to tell you it was ok.

we all know that is not real food ;) your body is not meant to run on mc donalds.

i wont beat you down though, but don't you think your body deserves a proper meal for every meal?

i suppose we all make mistakes i do sometimes also. i just feel like i eat worse when i don't eat enough of the good stuff.

dont sweat it bro, I think you'll be just fine. That being said, I cannot remember the last time I had mcdonalds haha
mainly because I rather have chinese, subway, wendys before Mcd

just ordered a chicken crave from pita pit (chicken, ham, provolone) with double meat..

not sure if this counts as fast food?

ehh i havent enjoyed subway in a long time.. got burned out on that shit. wendy's has a terrible after taste and chinese always makes me feel sick... good on the wallet though.

I really don't man. Every time I think of fast food I cringe, it absolutely disgusts me now.

My cheat meals are moreover something like,

A bowl of cereal at night time
Unnecessary chips and salsa
Sweet cereal bars

love me some chips and salsa. seriously havent had cereal in over 2 years so thats whatever.

on a side note i seriously think portion size gets smaller and smaller every damn time i visit McD's.
