Just curious why everyone uses whey, that is, instead of other products like hemp for example. The only reason I have been able to find is that whey is cheaper, and contains a little more protein(not much though, like 1-2grams per serving, and imo is lower quality). Most or all whey products contain artificial colors, sweeteners/flavors, and preservatives, and if they don't have sweeteners they taste like dry wall I hear. Hemp has a natural nutty flavor with no preservatives or additives, can be organic, and is a whole food with many health benefits.

Not trolling or looking for a debate, just iso your opinions/answers.

mostly cost and availability i think..as well as relative digestion rate/bioavailability...there are various forms of whey that can be higher or lower quality as well

i don't know about the bioavailability of hemp protein though, so i can't really give a reason as to why not

Coupon MHorganic11 gives 20% off organic until end of September. I would buy a little bit a see how it works on your body at first, if you like it, they may have 30% off everything in December, which would be a good time to buy a big tub.

e; idk if this is considered a nice price though, maybe not since the coupon is only for organic

Link to a good hemp product? I don't take any protein powders.

Nevermind. You posted at the same time as me
