john im sure once you get on a different program your arm will catch right up don't forget to hit the tris hard too im sure thats part of it

you definately have the strength and the size will come

and good work from your first pictures until now bro

Well this is my complete improvment so far. In one month I will be losing my gym acces since I will be rly busy with university, but will workout at home since I got a bench and 2 dumbells.

First photo are the last month ones which is the update
and the bottem one is 2 months ago i know there is a strenght difference big time in that one month but they sorta look the same to me lol biggrin.gif
