Like 6-7 months ago I reached my desired form but then I met a girl (my current gf) and you know how It goes... Bad habits again made me go back to where I was before being fit

So I decided to change that again, and I bought a threadmill to at least do something while im on computer

My goal is to walk 1h at a good speed daily(6 is max speed, im doing 5.5)

I am also going to the gym where I walk at 6.5 for the Next 10min and after im done with muscles, I walk for another 20min at 5.5 with 12 inclination

My question is: am I doing It fine walking that much daily? Does It have any cons?

Also improved my diet, stopped eating stuff with sugar and shitty stuff like chips, Donuts and chocolate

Its been only 2weeks but feeling good

intermittent fasting + keto(lean protein only while the body depletes fat reserves) + calorie deficit of 750 + daily multi vitamin

this combo will have you lean asf

for me i lose around 20 pounds a month on it

only takes 2 months from winter to summer to get the 6 pack back




for muscle growth and conversion no calorie deficit

Just go back to what you were doing before if it’s the best you’ve ever looked

Depends on your goals really and what and how you are eating.
If your 5’8” 140lbs and eating 3500 calories every day and working out for 1 hour ever day you will gain weight but also add some muscle. Also there’s healthy foods and bad foods for you if you’re trying to have a good result. Can I ask your weight and height as well as your age and also know what your desired weight is?

So you should only intake between 1900-2100 calories a day to maintain your current weight if you’re doing nothing at all just to maintain your current weight. You can scale this by calories burnt by workout and food intake as in if you do a 800 calorie workout every day and eat 2400 calories every day you will still be cutting (loosing weight) and if you want to add weight while you workout you try to stay near your maintain ratio ae if you workout 800 every day your goal becomes 2700-2900 every day. So really just depends are you trying to put on weight by muscle or are you trying to take weight off and be more defined? Hope this helps friend.

fasting has really help me cut down from 250lbs fall weight to 230lbs current. I try to fast 3 days during the week and train hard at first you might feel like dying but your body will get used to it.
