Like 6-7 months ago I reached my desired form but then I met a girl (my current gf) and you know how It goes... Bad habits again made me go back to where I was before being fit
So I decided to change that again, and I bought a threadmill to at least do something while im on computer
My goal is to walk 1h at a good speed daily(6 is max speed, im doing 5.5)
I am also going to the gym where I walk at 6.5 for the Next 10min and after im done with muscles, I walk for another 20min at 5.5 with 12 inclination
My question is: am I doing It fine walking that much daily? Does It have any cons?
Also improved my diet, stopped eating stuff with sugar and shitty stuff like chips, Donuts and chocolate
Its been only 2weeks but feeling good
Depends on your goals really and what and how you are eating.
If your 5’8” 140lbs and eating 3500 calories every day and working out for 1 hour ever day you will gain weight but also add some muscle. Also there’s healthy foods and bad foods for you if you’re trying to have a good result. Can I ask your weight and height as well as your age and also know what your desired weight is?
