I drink my calories if it's not a main meal (breakfast, lunch , dinner)
Its almost always some combination of yoghurt, milk, honey or dates, frozen fruit, bananas, eggs, sometimes oatmeal, sometimes cottage cheese tossed into the bullet.
If I don't drink it, you can have cottage cheese with anything, and add a bit of honey or blueberry syrup or something. I toss in a ton of fruit and granola and a bit of honey or other all the time for lunch some days if I need a quick lunch. Or have it with a bunch of peanut butter mixed in.
