I got my own gym : squat cage with all add on, adjustable dumbbell and kettle bell, like 4 different olympic bar (ez, trap, regular, H) jump box, calves machines, bosu, foam roller, elastic band. For real I'll never go back to the gym.
I teach and then coach 3 to 4 days a week until 7 or 8 pm. Only moment I have to train is like at 6am and since i'm not an early bird I would not be able to get up at like 5am to hit the gym. So I get up like 15-20 min before workout, take a 100mg cafeine and glucide mix (upika endurance+) then hit the gym + cold plunge. Get ready then work.
