I'm looking to get extremely buff and from my research I need to be doing daily isometrics, can anybody give me a routine I can follow?

I’ve only found isometrics useful for injury and injury prevention. Specifically, planks and side planks for lower back disc bulge type injuries. Wall sits for knee pain (I deal with jumper’s knee on occasion)
