Is there an optimal way to get the sodium potassium magnesium needed when fasting?

Like what would be the easiest way? Supplements you take in the AM or is there a specific drink someone uses? lmk

I take the supplements at night they make me tired and sleepy if i take them during lunch time at work. Sea salt with water works great i take it also when doing intense workouts when fasting during the weekend.

you just mix the sea salt with the water? Also, I assume potassium and magnesium are the vitamins you take?

Electrolyte supplements are at their essence just salt water, so you can get the Na Mg K from any source you want including sea salt but some other alternatives include the little pouches you can buy and mix with water (like Liquid IV from Costco) and other electrolyte beverages that tend to be overpriced (Pedialyte, Gatorade etc.)

Generally it is good to take it with food to prevent feeling sick, I usually do evening/night with food same with most supplements

My personal supplement regime is:

Gym days: Preworkout + creatine + L-citrulline stacked into a glass of water, taken before I leave the house to the gym (about half hour lag time), then double protein shake w/ 12 oz 2% milk in the late evening taken together with Centrum multivitamin & mineral, extra strength Omega-3/6 fish oil pill, and vitamin D extra strength

Rest days: creatine + L-citrulline + electrolyte pouch in a glass of water for dinner, then protein shake in late evening again taken with all other supplements

Reference body composition is male 190 lbs 5'11", ~13% bodyfat
