Get your protein in your food consumption my friend, don't put that processed powdery stuff in your body. Eggs, peanut butter, your respective choice of meat, id avoid red meat, stick with turkey chicken and or fish. You've got legumes, all sorts of nuts, milk, yogurt, oatmeal and many other ways to get it with consuming that power protein 😁

Nah man not at all, do you eat 2 or 3 times per day, and how often do you snack¿?

1 egg has 7 grams, 8 oz slice of chicken has your 70 in one siting, peanut butter by table spoon roughly 10 or so grams, half a cup of almonds has nearly 20 I belive. Many ways to get it without resorting to that processed protein powder.

Even if you needed 120 grams in a day, you'd be able to achieve that in portioning out your meals with your desired macro count 🤓😁

Well the egg is just one source my friend, you can supplement that with plenty of other proteins, such as; oatmeal, yogurt, half a cup of almonds and so forth.

And truth be told man thats really a major part of it, sticking to a routine diet, of course you can switch it up between the days with your main meals and snacks. Go and watch how the old daily diet of Eddie hall who was the 2017 world's strongest man, or that of Hafthor Bjornsesn. Their diet is nearly the same thing day to day!

If you wanna hit me on discord brother, I'd be more than happy to help you devise a meal plan in accordance with your goals😁

Myprotein is good, cheap with their occasional 50% periods where you can get 11 lb of protein for around $80 (or used to be able to) and it tests good with independent testing.

IMO it's good to try out different reputable brands and just see which one you like best. They're all going to functionally equivalent for the most part so alot of it is optimizing your expenses.

I like Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard brand from Costco, and I lived off of AllMax Classic whey for years so I can vouch for both of those brands and they make a nice tasty consistent shake that is robust when adding other stuff in.

2 scoops with 12 oz of 2% milk every single night for the past 5 years, solid dosage of ~70 grams. I also throw in a scoop of collagen, and creatine when it's an off day (creatine goes in my pre workout stack normally)
