keep going hundos are not light and not many gym dudes can rep them. The goal should be 10 then move on to 105, 110s,115s,120,s and so on

So uh...what happened to the bottom half of basically every rep? You get the most stimulation and growth from the deep stretch at the very bottom of the rep. Dumbbell press is a great alternative to bench specifically BECAUSE you can go deeper than the bar does on your chest.

Nice strength I guess, I don't know what your goals are, but if it's to look huge, you'd do better with real reps.

This is like the 3rd time we touch these bro, well at least here i done them for 6 the rubber cover ones. I find these harder to stabilize as i go lower they get harder to keep in balance give me some more time and believe me will get better form with these.

Fair enough if you're just testing your strength, but I'll be honest, the risk of injury is quite a bit higher if you don't have proper control over the weights.

The Same reason you see us doing them on the video we are getting familiar with them  . I can bang out the 140s no problem but idk man these are harder to stabilize those extra 10 pounds are really a big difference :wallbash: They dont feel heavy just the balance. You know injury's always happen more out side the gym :D lol but yeah these 150s are nothing to play with.

What I'm saying is you could work yourself up to 150s by using good form and doing deep reps. You'll have stronger stabilizers and less chances for a pec tear.
