Nice, I am going the other direction. Did my last strength workout two weeks ago and now just purely prepping for an a multi week high in Nepal.
I think last AMRAP I pulled 530 for 7 which is not good but I am running half marathons so my strength is down but that does not remotely compare to the difficulty of trying to copy IronWolf on youtube.
I've been taking some of IronWolfs and BurpeeKings workouts as of late and trying to just push my mind since the body is screaming to stop. Feeling pretty euphoric after those workouts though. Way different than strength.
