Both.

Do about 12 weeks 5x5 then 12 weeks hypertrophy and keep rotating like that.

hey man. Something is really wrong with my all digestive system.. Yesterday ate some brown rice.. In the evening got so bloated i thought i will explode.. Today the i am still bloated.. I am starting to be afraid to eat something else.. What tests i should get? And what should i do.. Cuz it's really uncomfortable plus it hurts badly some times..

Try this.

Increase water consumption to 2 gal per day
Increase fiber intake to around 40g per day

This sounds ass-backwards, but believe me, it's paradoxical and can work most of the time.

If this doesn't work, find a good GI doctor and make an appointment.

next weekend is labor day weekend. My family is going to see the grandparents down in NC.

I am supposed to carb this sat and then I plan on just limiting my calories down in NC.

Should I carb up this Sat and continue like normal and just watch the cals labor day weekend, or should I skip this carb day and then carb up labor day weekend for those 3 days.

Not carbing all labor day weekend is practically not an option. Not my house and not my food. I want to enjoy my time down there. I get severe anxiety when my meals aren't prepared so I don't want to worry about that.

I would simply NOT carb this saturday and just enjoy your labor day weekend instead.

hey man well im 15 5'9 175 and i want to get into shape, over the last year i lost weight cuz i was 270 pds but i did it strictly slim fast no exercise, now i want to get my body into shape and get rid of extra skin what do you recommend for me as a beginner for diet wise and like exercise?

Hey Raynor,

Do you have much personal experience with weight gainers? I've heard people on both sides of the topic of weight gainers, some supporting them while others saying they are trash etc..

I was looking into getting a tub of ISO Mass Extreme Gainer just to try it out...what are your opinions on weight gainers in general, and do you have a recommendation on which ones are the best?
