Ive got my diet down pretty good (based it off previous advice found in this thread), but Im still kind of confused on which workout routine would be best for me
Weight: ~131
Height: 5' 7"
Age: 23
Goals: overall mass, bigger chest, shoulders, arms, calves etc. and I want to gain ~15 lbs
I find that my arms, back, and shoulders grow relatively quickly compared to the rest of my body, my chest is def the slowest and the area i want to improve the most, but I still want everything to be bigger
my question is what sort of workout plan is going to best suit me? 5x5, Hypertrophy, or Both (like a PHAT program, Power Hypertrophy Adaptive Training)?
