Hey Raynor,

First thing upon waking - Drink 2 cups of coffee (or take 3 GAT Jet Fuel) with 20 oz water and perform 20 mins of fasting cardio.
Meal 1 (wait another 15 mins after finishing cardio) - Protein shake w/ 1 cup oatmeal + handful of berries
Meal 2 - 1 chicken breast + large green salad + o-oil and vinegar
Meal 3 - 5 oz lean beef (90/10 or better) w/ mixed veggies
Meal 4 - 6 oz chicken breast + 1/2 cup black beans + 1/2 cup green pepper
Meal 5 (assuming this is POST WORKOUT, if not adjust this meal to PWO) - 1 Protein shake + 1 tbsp peanut butter + handful mixed berries
Meal 6 - 1 cup cottage cheese + 1 TSP peanut butter + cinnamon

Regarding the above meal plan, would you measure the chicken breast/ground beef after it's been cooked or before it's been cooked?

Hey there Raynor!

I'm 15, 160 pounds, probably 12%ish body fat, I recently went to go get a School Physical for Athletics (Tennis) and they said I have a Heart Murmur.

All I know is that it's a condition where my heart could be weaker than normal, and give out on me.

Can I get a little insight on this issue? Should I not do anymore cardio and such? My parent's are going overboard on this untill I get a ultrasound on my heart to make sure if I have one or not.

The chicken stays very close...maybe 1oz less. The beef loses about 1.5 oz

Hey there.

Avoid cardio sessions that last more than 10-15 minutes. Stick to HIIT cardio when you actually DO do cardio.

I would stick to lifting at a slower pace and keeping a good watch over your diet. Cardio is NOT necessary by any means.

im getting kinda depressed... ive been getting sick or injured non stop for the past 3 months. been sick 3 times and injured my neck and just now after 2 weeks getting back into it ive sprained my wrist or some shit and it hurts to turn it clockwise

i keep getting to 166-167lbs then something stops me and i lose 4lbs.

Raynor,

Ive got my diet down pretty good (based it off previous advice found in this thread), but Im still kind of confused on which workout routine would be best for me

Weight: ~131
Height: 5' 7"
Age: 23
Goals: overall mass, bigger chest, shoulders, arms, calves etc. and I want to gain ~15 lbs

I find that my arms, back, and shoulders grow relatively quickly compared to the rest of my body, my chest is def the slowest and the area i want to improve the most, but I still want everything to be bigger

my question is what sort of workout plan is going to best suit me? 5x5, Hypertrophy, or Both (like a PHAT program, Power Hypertrophy Adaptive Training)?
