Not really...there isn't any evidence to support that microwaving already cooked food will reduce any nutritional value.

so go ahead and enjoy lol

Hey raynor,

I have had ozganslaughters ( I butchered that spelling bad) on my knees since I was in like 4th grade. It used to hurt as I grew. Could hardly squat down/ run. It stopped hurting but there always has been a huge bump on my knees. Sticks out an inch or so past my shins.

All Of the sudden my right knee is KILLING me. It hurts to walk. I can't bend my right knee. I couldn't even think about squats. How is it possible that this still hurts? Am I growing again? I'm 18 and 5'11 since like 7th grade

few questions about the 5x5 plan

1. when doing like 60% and 70% of your 1RM, I can easily do more than 5 reps, do I just do 5 to prepare for the heavier sets or should I do like 6-8 reps?

2. how much rest time between sets? also between exercises?

3. is it ok to do ab work in the rest period? or should i conserve energy and do all ab work at the end

4. should I just add 5lbs to each exercise the following week?

Possibly...however you really need to see an orthopedist who can properly diagnose you, take some xrays, and so forth.

is there anything i can do diet wise to increase the bile salt in my digestive system? there has been quite the lack in my system so there has been a lot of irregularity in my stool.

i was told it was probably the reason for me being so fatigued all the time if im not digesting properly

anyways, let me know, thanks!

raynor, regarding a 5x5 program for bench, you generally just do one kind of bench right? would doing say a 4x5 on incline and flat wednesday, and 4x5 on flat and decline saturday be effective? or should i just try to push through and do 5x5 on both? im generally pretty worn out after 5x5 on just one bench but i still want to work all 3

Hey man have you experienced tendon/elbow problems thus far in your training? I am starting to get pulsing in my elbow tendons and what it may seem like inflammation due to swelling, not really a pain but what I described above, I just want to avoid any injuries.

Thanks, trying to get more info on this issue

Drink grapefruit juice 20-30 minutes before eating a meal. Take around 8-12 oz grapefruit juice mixed with another 4 oz water.

also try to supplement with lecithin and dandelion root.

edit:

also increase fiber intake!!!
