I notice you don't mention any fruits in anyones diets

from what people tell me you can eat as many fruits as you want, what's ur intake on that?

Do not worry about fiber...you need fiber in your diet...either from fiber supplements or from veggies.

anyone who wants to cut...is going to do a solid cutting regimen for no more than 4 months. During this time, only berries or watermelon can be consumed (I have mentioned this several times) - but fruit is all sugar...you can not expect to eat fruit and be able to cut with the same success rate.

once cutting is achieved to optimal standards...you can then begin to eat regularly again as part of a bulking or maintenance diet.

Well I eat carbs for like the first 2 meals of the day. Like wheat bread...I eat oatmeal EVERY morning of course.

for cutting you can do this...if you start to hit a wall, you can eliminate all carbs and bust the wall down, then carb up every 10-14 days as necessary.

Ohhhh ok. Well I have a powerlifting meet on the 28th so I'm just eating healthier to drop like 5 lbs. smile.gif

ahhh....dropping 5 lbs is no problem at all...that can be done simply by adding some diuretics to the diet...like caffeine and distilled water.

For an easy 5 lbs, try it ;-)

I like basic tap water. Ha.
But yeah I try to drink coffee when I'm at work (Worlds Gym) but I put too much powder creamer/sugar in it. tongue.gif

I think I just need to stop putting fast food into the good diet I had going. cry3.gif
