currently 146 lbs 5'8 (super scrawn i kno)

looking to bulk up to 155 without the use of any mass gainers/protein powders (they seriously break me out / give me a bad reaction on the skin on my back idk why but im clear now)

any advice is much appreciated

Decent build, get a good isolate protein and fix ur diet u dont need mass gainer

Looks like ur shoulder is lagging but overall physique looks good

Add Overhead press to build dem shoulder ;)

Eat as much as possible. suppliments are nice and all but diet> everything.

Why would you advocate protein isolate when you know nothing of his diet?

well i don't really have a diet or anything atm i'm just avoiding foods

obv no fast food, sweets, dairy etc

just really lots of meat / some rice and plenty of green vegetables, i don't snack on chips or candy etc and eat 2 large meals a day

i think we should be clear that this is for gaining the muscle mass in general, but not for overall well-being.
