outstanding progress. GL with 175, those last 15 lbs always seem the most difficult to shed.

Yep! Jiu Jitsu 3 days a week, Boxing one day a week, and I do weights/plyometrics in my basement on the off days. That, paired with a proper diet, made the lbs started melting off haha.

I also have a "back pictures" to compare... (it still needs work I know but I'm making an effort lol)

eh okay.

i started lifting @ 6' 2" 152lbs yeah i know.

This is me summer 2011 about 162 at this point.



i'm 167ish now. about 6' 3"

will post a recent pic one day soon. I'm told i look bigger than my weight indicates but whatever.
