Been doing raynor's 5x5 for 2 weeks now. Had a few months of spiratic workouts just getting in the swing of things.

5'11'' ~165-168 pounds. Been doing p90x ab routine since June.
I'll post pics in a few weeks. We'll see where we're at :)

my lifts are focused on a real good form, i think for my age its quite okay.

i dont know a single person liftin more at this age here in germany :D

Maybe u us guys are stronger :o

got some pics?

ye, i have to pay attention, had problems with lower back, which are now solved :) now i ll focus on heavier weights. but since my break its going well. weights go up from train to train.

pull up widest grip?

and yeah.. you definitely look like you have more mass than me lol
I'm going to post new ones in about a month though.. after I bulk a bit

and ah if you had lower back problems the dead and squat make sense.. gl with that

and not the widest I can go.. but it's a bit wider than shoulder width
