In what order should I do these things? Lift - cardio - pwo shake, I think that's the right order? I've read about how doing cardio right after lifting can be detrimental.. And that you need your pwo shake asap so that's got me a bit over thinking!
Secondly what's your take on glutamine? Many sources say it's great as a body building supplement, many others swear it is a useless sup, I'm confused by this..
Thirdly I've read a massive difference in how much fish oil people take per day, some articles suggest 2 caps, other people claim to have up to 12 (1000mg caps) how much should I be taking.. 6'3 210lbs bulking 20 yrs
Hey there...do 1. Lift 2. Cardio 3. Protein shake - don't stress about the shake, it's fine to have it after cardio.
Secondly, glutamine is good, I usually take about 10g per day mixed into my shake PWO
Thirdly, you should take 2 fish oil caps with EVERY food meal (not shakes)
