i definitely don't ride his nuts and i came into this sf arguing with him. when he just spews out facts though, it's hard to argue.

12-15 iirc. and yes, that is the idea, that the gains don't depend on the number but the actual percentage of the max that person can lift.

it rattles my brain


am i being a pussy and can lift more for more reps? could be different from day to day
