yes, exactly. the progress is much better! hope i can lift for 6 months straight, there would be an awesome result i guess.
i actually do powerbuilding. using a wave system, my strenght just went up like shit after my 5 week-break.
bench is atm 115kg 5 reps
chin ups 5x5 +21,25kg (90kg bodyweight)
barbell row is like 100kg x 12-15
rack deads (just doing them for 5 weeks) is like 190kgx5
squat is like 160kgx4

im 90kg, i think thats like 200 lbs
