First week on Keto done starting to feel better and getting more into the gym again all last-week I felt like giving up and couldnt get any motivation, but I managed to do abit and went yesterday and it felt really good, although I was wondering when to start checking myself with the ketosticks I did try it after a week but it was just slightly slightly changing colour in the middle. I thought it was abit early but just wanted to check lol.

Also would it be worth getting some psyllium husk just to help with going to the toilet lol, I do tend to try and eat lots of green veggies but still having trouble some times.

Use them whenever you think that you are no longer in ketosis...I personally use them ever 2nd or 3rd day.

Hey big guy. Had a few questions for ya.

I hold a ton of fat in my lower belly. Ofc you can't spot lose fat but would does leg raises etc for lower abs help my case at all to make it appear less fat? Like my upper abs you can hardly pinch much fat there when I flex but my lower belly you get a good amount when you pinch. It sucks.

Secondly, will my waste come in as I get lower bodyfat. It looks like I have a wide waste. I don't have like "any lovehandles." Just a huge waste. I was wondering if fat can be hidden like inside the hips and such. I have big lats but they would look much bigger if I didn't have a giant waist lol

Hey there.

You just need to lower you body fat overall. there is no spot reduction that is going to help. Just keep working on losing BF%. Also if you strengthen the lower abs, you will have a better platform to work with. Hanging leg raises and decline situps (or roman chair situps) are best for this. Secondly, your waist will improve as the fat decreases, however some people just have larger hip bone structure and will appear larger than others (I doubt this is your case)

I figured that. I just didn't know if doing leg raises would help with making my lower abs look less fat.

Hey Raynor

Now that im actively bulking again, My stretch marks are becoming more apparent.

Not that I really care about then visually, since they're on my shoulder/upper bicep & once diet down / tanned they are almost invisible.

But curious if there are any negative aspects to getting them? idk how there wld be but I mean is my skin just goign to pop open ang bleed everywhere eventually? :P

Anything to worry about?
