Havne't seen pics for a while. But somewhere around that.

And by lean I meant more semi lean.

I think you're confusing genetics with consistent/dedicated/appropriate training and a higher bodyfat.

17.5 at 19 if he's been into sports for a while and training for a while too makes perfect sense.

i figured that's what you meant, because i want to get to 175 lbs and lean, and by lean i mean around 8% bf, that's assuming i'm 13-14 right now.

But nah I know exactly what you mean m9. When I had to constantly take 2-4 month breaks in high school my progress sucked then when I could lift straight through it was exponentially better.
What are your lifts by the way? Are you strong or just mainly lift for size?

yes, exactly. the progress is much better! hope i can lift for 6 months straight, there would be an awesome result i guess.

i actually do powerbuilding. using a wave system, my strenght just went up like shit after my 5 week-break.

bench is atm 115kg 5 reps
chin ups 5x5 +21,25kg (90kg bodyweight)
barbell row is like 100kg x 12-15
rack deads (just doing them for 5 weeks) is like 190kgx5

squat is like 160kgx4

would like to see some current pics of u brah. u're 19 too?


and oak, thanks, yes :) i posted some pics here i remember. dno how much i improved since then ^

im 90kg, i think thats like 200 lbs
