Incline..flat..decline.. Best for building mass and giving u that big pec look? Ive heard incline?

Was. Thinking say 5 sets of incline bb 5 sets on db 3 sets on flat 3 sets on delcline?

hmm...the way you are outlining it should actually be fine. It's rare that I see someone attempt that kind of split. Let me know how it works out for you.

Complete chest training.

Try 5 sets incline, 5 sets flat, and 5 sets decline - paired up with 3 sets flies, 3 sets flat DB presses, and 3 sets of cable crossovers or pec deck

That would be fine, but make sure to rest between....in other words 3-on-1-off repeat

If you've been training at 90-100% of your one rep max for three weeks (say, on bench press), how long should you wait before you train at that intensity again?
