always a fine motivation to post here.
well, i got bigger ,yeah. but i don't think (i personally didn't notice) that i got that much bigger. ppl in my everday life tellin me though, too.
the thing is: i got my tonsils removed. over the last years, i had an always returning quinsy. the last two years were horrbile. in '11, i had a quinsy like every 6 weeks and i had to stop my training for like 1-2 weeks.
this year, in september, i got them removed. i started training in the beginning of october, and i didn't have to stop it since then
its going quite well, weights going up, bodyweight increaes etc.
i think this step was very important. i think i got bigger because of the consistency in my training. i don't need to take a break because of a f*cking sickness.
and no, im all natural, 19 years old. really, i would never use juice. maybe, if i'd become a hollywood star or wrestling pro or what ever, top sprinter

maybe i ll start atheltics, 100metre sprint. my time without training (my technique is like a mad monkey ^^) is 11,3- 11,4.
