3 Random pictures, back is by far my weakest point unfortunately :(

It's about time to start a solid cut here in Australialand so I'll post some more after XMAS!

Post any criticism / good advice pls! :)

Seems to me that if you decide to cut, you don't need to cut for very long.

I hope you're cutting specifically for seasonal reasons. If you're cutting because you think you've reached a point where you've accumulated too much fat, I think you should reconsider and keep at a bulk.

Purely seasonal (It's just hit Summer over here)

Cannot wait for Winter for a hard bulk, I pretty much did a slow progressive bulk since I started in March -- which also made me lost BF %

well, i got bigger ,yeah. but i don't think (i personally didn't notice) that i got that much bigger. ppl in my everday life tellin me though, too.

the thing is: i got my tonsils removed. over the last years, i had an always returning quinsy. the last two years were horrbile. in '11, i had a quinsy like every 6 weeks and i had to stop my training for like 1-2 weeks.

this year, in september, i got them removed. i started training in the beginning of october, and i didn't have to stop it since then :)
its going quite well, weights going up, bodyweight increaes etc.

i think this step was very important. i think i got bigger because of the consistency in my training. i don't need to take a break because of a f*cking sickness.

and no, im all natural, 19 years old. really, i would never use juice. maybe, if i'd become a hollywood star or wrestling pro or what ever, top sprinter :lol:

maybe i ll start atheltics, 100metre sprint. my time without training (my technique is like a mad monkey ^^) is 11,3- 11,4.

But nah I know exactly what you mean m9. When I had to constantly take 2-4 month breaks in high school my progress sucked then when I could lift straight through it was exponentially better.
What are your lifts by the way? Are you strong or just mainly lift for size?

Quite the exaggeration. Oaks under 185. Idk how tall walkin is. But doubt he's 230+
