Ive just started Keto (1st day today) what exersize routine should i follow? Im still trying to shift my bellyfat/manboobs so thought i would try the keto for fat loss but im unsure what exersizes to do, im just gonna do my cardio tonight HIIT and maybe some swimming. Would the Hypertrophy be decent for cutting fat also at the same time would this build muscle even slightly aswell as dropping the body fat or should i just cut the fat then in a few (optamistic i know lol) months when hopefully i trimmed my fat off swap to a clean bulk and 5x5 or somthing?
Also if im on Keto and i have my 5th meal at say 6pm my tea time with family (steak, cheese and green veg ect) and i work out at 8pm would i need anything to eat (idea's if you can please) or would my P/W Shake suffice (Optimum Nutrition Gold whey) and then before bed just have my casein/cottage cheese?
