Any brand is fine....it's very common. Just drink black coffee.

Just take 1 scoop a day in water and drink it sometime in the middle of your day between meals.

Would you recommend the drop sets I seen you state in another post?
Lmk what you think I should do :) I know you know some good ass workouts. I'm just getting tired of all straight sets. :p
I've been doing higher reps/more squeezing ofc...but I think drop sets would still be really good for me.

So, I feel so bad right now - lol...

I haven't worked out for 5 or 6 weeks now, because I went to summerhouse and vacation with my familiy - so haven't been at my home-town where I got my gym-membership. So now I feel shit, haha!

My question is -

I started your 5x5 strenght program you gave me, and did 2 weeks of it only - So, I should just start taking a week and check my maxes again and start at week 1, haha? ^^

Sounds quite obvious to me, I think I can't lift what I lifted after those 2 weeks of that program!

Yes absolutely!! Drop sets are the best way to get in preparation for a contest and spark additional muscle growth as well as definition.

Stick to 20-30 sets with the drop set format we discussed before (3 sets up, then 2 drop sets).

Yes I would begin from the start again, figure your maxes again and go from there!
