Could you make a meal plan using the only following foods?
For cutting purposes
- Oatmeal
- Protein Shakes
- Chicken Breasts
- Beans (Not sure which is the best)
- Wheat Bread (The round ones which are like 100 calories w/ grains nd shit.)
- Eggs And Cheese
- Deli turkey for sandwiches
- potatoes
- brown rice
at 1889 BMR you would want to do the following:
Meal 1 - 1 cup oatmeal + 3 whole eggs + 3 egg whites
Meal 2 - 1 chicken breast + 1/2 brown rice + 1/2 cup black beans
Meal 3 - 1 wheat 100 cal bread w/ turkey + cheese
Meal 4 - 1 chicken breast + 1/2 cup black beans + 1 oz cheese
Meal 5 - protein shake (post workout)
Meal 6 - 2 hard boiled eggs + 2 oz cheese
