Is there any fruit i cant have if i plan on trying Keto? I usually have Bannanas, Straw/Blue/Blackberries ect, apples, nectarines, oranges..at the minute normaly with my afternoon and/or post workout shake.

I just read through yours and ''Questiontime'' conversation.. What im wondering is can a person like me ( Trying too bulk - Takin creatine - Training 5-6 times a week etc ) Get abs while im bulking and lean muscle mass?? if i add ab's too the end of my session?

hey i'm taking these as my multivitamin http://www.myprotein.com/uk/products/alpha_men

they suggest 4 tabs a day 2 am / 2 pm.. Is that an overdose or good?

Could you make a meal plan using the only following foods?
For cutting purposes


- Oatmeal
- Protein Shakes
- Chicken Breasts
- Beans (Not sure which is the best)
- Wheat Bread (The round ones which are like 100 calories w/ grains nd shit.)
- Eggs And Cheese
- Deli turkey for sandwiches
- potatoes
- brown rice

you can't have ANY fruits with keto except for a handful of mixed berries...and even then I'd avoid it.

Sure. It all depends on how dedicated you are and how closely you follow your macros.

need height, weight, and activity level (just give me your BMR if possible)

hey raynor... what amount of caffeine would you recommend pre-workout as a substitute to pre-workout supplements?

also, is there a brand you would suggest buying?
