I am on a 6 month clean bulk, just recently started doing HIIT while on my bulk on weekends, and like the results.
I ate mostly clean foods but I didnt keep tab on the excess of calories id be having. Id be eating something like 3000 kcal to 4000 kcal per day...with cheat meals whenever id feel like it
optimally you dont want to be doing cardio on a bulk. and if you do, do it once or twice per week man. if you need to do anymore it begins to defeat the purpose of a bulk, besides if youre bulking your going to gain fat anyways lol its inevitable
I got really big for a while, if you peep that back pic i have up there it was around the time where my growth really accelerated...its REALLY a shame I dont have any more pics of around that time cuz my chest was one of the parts that was growing the most, it was far more pronounced and protruding as well as my glutes...
however I got sick with strep/flu, 4 times in a row, on and off for like 2-3 months, as well as 2 colds...so I began to reverse..and I became a bit more soft, muscles not as dense and flatenin
but shit happens...i havent been mega serious about it, moreso back around jan to may...but with school ive been pretty busy and shit
