every 2 days a high carb day,im at about 250-300 carbs and i only take 30ml olive oil.
That doesn't seem very much if you ask me :S
35g of oat flakes is like nothing. Aren't you hungry ?
Also 100g chicken isn't much either :S
Anyways it seems to work very well to you so keep it that way
Do you swallow the olive oil by itself ? It must be super nasty too
