would it be stupid to only do two types of exercises for a muscle group? like for triceps i can do CGBP, skull crushers, dips, and overhead extensions with dumbbells but i only do CGBP and skull crushers because they're easier and i enjoy them more. back i'd only be doing pull ups for a warmup then barbell rows and dumbbell rows.

i basically only do 2 exercises for everything expect chest and shoulders where i'll do 3-4.

i havent got a whole lot to do since i workout in my bedroom. just got dumbbells and a barbell.

also, how much sets should i be doing for each muscle group?

i normally rest for 1 minute and sets take 1 minute so i could fit in 30 sets in an hour but i normally only do 12 sets. not sure if i should be trying to do more, since i could push my self harder. not sure if its necessary to though. dont want to overtrain and dont want to undertrain

Abs Workout Routine


As far as cardio/core you really want to be swimming. Swimming is the only real "complete" workout that builds core rapidly and also burns a ton of calories.

No, the sauna and steam room does not do anything of the sort.

No products exist that will do anything of the sort either - you can try regular caffeine (black coffee or pills) to motivate and accelerate basal metabolism.

2 exercises per muscle group is a bit off. I would try to do at least 3....so you can hit that muscle group from every angle possible.

Secondly between sets it all depends. I would recommend 30-45 seconds rest between sets and around 1 minute rest between exercises. Try for a total of 20 sets PER muscle group.

Are you referring to a 4 day split like...

mon - upper
tues - lower
weds - upper
thurs - lower


or are you talking about a regular 4 day split like...


mon - chest/back/abs
tues - bis/tris/forearms
weds - legs/calves/abs
thurs - shoulders/traps/lats

Would that work? i just wanna loose my love handles and have some abs
if i do 6-7 weeks ( maybe less depending on my results )?? ive read up alot about it and it seems gz

could i carry on takin my creatine pills when im on it?
