Even the girlfriend says so ;(

I've added in some sets of more higher rep range Incline and flat press throughout the week so well see

It's cause I've always liked to lift heavy on bench !

-talking to buddy
-he's lifting now, quite often
-benching a fair amount. does like 20+ sets for chest
-ask him how his squats n deadlifts are going
-says that he does machines for legs instead

god fucking damn it, the ONE THING I FUCKING SAID WHEN HE STARTED WAS TO NOT SKIP SQUATS AND DEADLIFTS

now he's all pissed cause I gave him a lotta hell for it.

Lol, I did the same shit ,except I skipped legs all together

When i got to the gym today ( I recently joined a "community " gym , it's pretty sick). But there were 2 girls there, and they were both in the squat rack doing barbell squats .


That's WHat I'm talkin about !

I saw two girls in really short cut off jeans doing full squats with 135. I wat'd then proceeded to squat and not talk to them, EXCUSE ME LADIES I HAVE A WORKOUT TO DO.
