Like Fart said, try to keep your head neutral. Try to keep your chin behind the bar (that can't happen, but it's a good reference to have in your mind).

From the start of your lift, push with your quads. As the bar begins to lift, then bring your glutes/hams into the lift. As it passes your knees, try to squeeze with your upper back to help pull the bar (not shrug).

Enough practice and it will become one fluid motion. Your form is pretty good nevertheless. Just focus on keep your head neutral.

Thanks m8s

I was always told to keep the head up and look up. Wasn't too sure of this . Elliot has a good vid on YouTube on keeping the chin tucked/ neutral.
I will work on this!

could injure yourself with heavy weights, plus its a dead lift, suppose to start at a "dead" positioning.

As soon as you lower it and it hits the floor it's 'dead' again?
