If you had (for the sake of argument) 2800 calories (we'll say it's a 500 surplus) with 200g protein, 300g carbs, and 88g fat (that comes out to about 2792) coming from "clean" sources, as opposed to me having the EXACT same macro/micro nutrient content and calories, but from "dirty" sources, then our body composition, assuming we had the same genetics and all that nonsense, would be IDENTICAL. There's really no argument there.
EDIT: Sorry, ignore the lean ground beef part. I misread it, but I understand what you're saying by it. I somehow managed to see it as you eat it for a cheat meal, haha. My apologies. The rest still applies, though!

To add on, for a while my chest was growing in a lot. But since April I kept getting sick, got the flu/strep about 4 times...in a row. and then a couple of colds so I was out for a bit
