DarkShadow...what's your diet like?
I'm guessing nothing special..you just have a super fast metab and are not dieted down, right?

7 u know i <3 u but thats just kinda douchey...assuming he has a super fast metab...even if he did how would he gain all that muscle with a shitty diet? Clearly hes doing something right...

I didnt mean it to be. lol
I was wondering if he was dieted down, or just naturally super lean...he has saturations in his tris..and if hes naturally that lean hes got amazing genetics.
And I didnt say he looked bad..he looks great..tons of potential..alot more than nearly everyone here.

i cycle about 250 km a week.

6:45
standing up
5 tabs aminos/bcaa

07:00
10 km cycle on empty stomach

07:50
30 gr whey
35 gram havermout (oat flakes in english i think)
220 ml milk

09:00
50 ml olive oil

10:15
1 piece whole groats
100 gr chicken

12:30
35 gram havermout (oat flakes in english i think)
220 ml milk
100 gram salmon

15:00
1 piece whole groats
100 gr chicken

17:30
vegatables, potatoes, meat (just what my mother cooks)
50 ml olive oil

18:45
training

15 min for the end of my workout 5 tabs aminos/bcaa
after lifting cardio

20:45
30 gram whey
no more carbs

23:00
40 gram casein
sleep

between food +-15 tabs aminos/bcaa.
morning and evening vit C, multi vit, vit B

this is about 2000-2200 kcal.
every 2 days a high carb day,im at about 250-300 carbs and i only take 30ml olive oil.
