the more exercise the better....but technically  yes....

more calories out vs calories in and you have cutting.

So technically you could beat eating pizza, chips, etc as long as your follow calories out vs in and be ok ?

If so.. GZ :)

technically...however to truly eat "whatever" you want, you'd need to be doing TONS of exercise. We're talking 3-5 hours a day. In addition to that, you need to at least make sure you are getting enough protein each day, or else you are going to start falling apart lol (not literally but you understand).

so as long as i keep my protein intake above the carb ill be ok ? like if i have oatmeal in the morning , sandwhich at lunch ,a nd another sandwhich at my 15 min break , and then maybe some brown rice and then cut off carbs will that be fine ? ill probably do the chicken rice after my cardio then call it quits on the carbs and then workout later and finish off the day with a protein shake

Hey Raynor,

Just got back from vacation, and I had decided since it was vacation id totally cheat, so I've had some fried foods and other thins like a bunch of beer and ice cream. I haven't worked out for about a week or so.

What are some good things to eat to rebound from a week like this one?

I did do 40 pushups 1 day and I did a lot of activity in the ocean.

Thanks!

Just keep an eye on your total calories if you are going to approach it that way.

Calories in must be < calories out

Try to do a week of relatively low carb and high protein with medium fat (but only good fat).

Stick to clean and simple foods...like:

Proteins - chicken, turkey, lean beef, fish
Carbs - brown rice, oats, buckwheat, whole grain pasta
Fats - olive oil, avocado, fish oil, nuts/nut butter
