no i dont have one, what are some exercises that i can do to stregnthen my lower back part and make it mroe flexieble , not weighted exercises

Try lower back hyperextensions and good mornings.

google these if you dont know how to do them. Use your own bodyweight only and do 15-20 reps for 5-6 sets.

Another question from me, but this time for myself.

I see a lot of people bulking and then eventually cutting. Why is this done? Are the results quicker, or something else maybe?

Correct. When you bulk you maximize muscle gains and also have some residual fat gain. The cutting cycle is meant to destroy most remaining fat and shred up in preparation for the next bulking cycle.

I think I may have asked... but I feel like I shouldn't be drinking this...

CHOCOLATE MILK

every time i work out I pick up a quart of choclate milk at wawa

is the good or bad? or is there anything i should have instead or with it?

and should I never drink it when it doesn't consist as a post workout drink?

I'm no nutritionist, but are you trying to bulk or trying to cut?

I'd say its not bad if you're trying to bulk

but if you're cutting, I don't think you should be drinking that.

I just answered this maybe 5 days ago lol.

if you are bulking, it is fine.

If you are cutting, it is bad.

if you are on maintenance, I would also avoid.
