I understand how bad you are going to get flamed here for saying that but...

1. biology has EVERYTHING to do with health and fitness - it is the study of life on a much more complex level.
2. biology is a pre-med course - I am in medical school studying to become an M.D. and eventually a surgeon - to do this one has to major in biology/chemistry/math/psychology - I chose biology.

Could be something simple like a muscular spasm, pinched nerve, etc.

Could be something more complex that I am not ALLOWED to diagnose yet because I am not YET an M.D.

how effective is green tea extract for fat loss (cant drink green tea itself because stim sensitive)

It is fairly effective for those with low T levels.

green tea extract is helpful but only marginally.
