What can I replace eggs with?
I usually have 2 whole eggs and 8 egg whites as part of my breakfast but I recently got sick and ive been put off eggs big time!

I recently tried Rockstar Recovery. I am cutting - would it be bad to have a few of these a week (say two?) They are low calorie/zero carb. I tend to need the energy boost some days when I'm forced to get up early and they work well.

even if i dont have a 100% perfect nutrition plan (im trying) can i still lose weight if i have a decent workout plan?

you need to ADD olive oil to it. Much healthier that way. Secondly you can avoid the rice.

hey raynor I tried to ask this a couple weeks ago but I think you misunderstood my question.

What are, in your opinion, the best ways to boost your testosterone naturally? Seems like I have low test levels (decreased libido, etc)

for lunch try 2 cans of tuna or 4 oz sliced low sodium deli meat (chicken/turkey/ham) w/ 1 oz cheese + mixed veggies or salad + 1 slice whole grain bread

15 min break try a cup of greek yogurt (oikos brand is very good)

When you get home eat something along the lines of 1 large chicken breast + 1/2 cup brown rice + 1/2 cup black beans + veggies

On workout days stick to your regular diet, but add 1 additional protein shake PWO.
