5:30 am - 2 scoop oats / 1 scoop whey / 1 tbsp pb / banana shake
around 9 ish - 2 slice whole wheat bread 1 scoop whey + water
what can i make and take for my lunch break ? preferably something that i can burn off working
and then something again on my 15 min break ?
and then when i get home around 3:30 ish what should ieat? i do HIIT exercise at around 4:30
and for the days i work out (doing a 3 day split) what should i eat (add) ontop of my non workout days?

for lunch try 2 cans of tuna or 4 oz sliced low sodium deli meat (chicken/turkey/ham) w/ 1 oz cheese + mixed veggies or salad + 1 slice whole grain bread
15 min break try a cup of greek yogurt (oikos brand is very good)
When you get home eat something along the lines of 1 large chicken breast + 1/2 cup brown rice + 1/2 cup black beans + veggies
On workout days stick to your regular diet, but add 1 additional protein shake PWO.
