Shit, I sleep 6 at most. Usually 4-6 hours a night depending if I hang out with my woman that night (literally no other time then this).

I survive and seem to keep making gains. And I take naps alot.

Winter break = TIME TO CUTTTTTTTT. Carbs = christmas cookies.

Try propping ur phone up and take a video of u flexing -- then watch the vid ... Pause it .. Print screen it .. Or if u have an iPhone .. Piece cake

But i feel so fat looking at dem pics of when i was 195 :lol:

If you think i should keep going and wait till feb/march to cut, then I'll do that.

But, i had planned on switching back to that old routine. It'll feel like nothing though volume wise :lol:
