I've never been able to train more than 4days and feel good . Alot of times I'm only getting 5-6 hrs of sleep and that's not enough after heavy squats or deads ;(

Shit, I sleep 6 at most. Usually 4-6 hours a night depending if I hang out with my woman that night (literally no other time then this).
I survive and seem to keep making gains. And I take naps alot.
Winter break = TIME TO CUTTTTTTTT. Carbs = christmas cookies.
