Start off with doing 3 sets of 15-20 pushups every 2-3 hours. that gives you between 45-60 pushups x 6-8 times per day. that puts you in the 270-480 per day margin.
You will just gradually increase the number of pushups you do each set by going up 1-2 reps per set each week. By the end of 4 weeks you should be at 500 no problem.
Hey, so i have been doing what you have told me to do like with the push ups at about 60 each time, 8 times, for a total of about 480.
By the end of the day my arms arent that sore, so can i go even further? And should i do push ups every other day? If im trying to do 500 push ups +
